Who manages the data
Ansjela Grid is managed by Ansjela and Bouncer. Privacy questions can be sent through Help & contact or the secure member portal.
Data we use
Depending on the service, we may use an avatar name, email address, WordPress account identifier, language and comfort preferences, profile image, region administration, application answers, tickets, official and personal portal messages, acceptance records and security logs. We do not store PayPal credentials, bank details or payment passwords.
Why we use it
Data is used to review account applications, provide accounts and region services, answer questions, manage payments administratively, communicate safely, prevent abuse, protect the service and comply with legal obligations.
Access and sharing
Authorised management can access records needed for their work. Service providers may process limited data where needed for hosting, email, security or backups. Data is not sold to advertisers.
Retention
Active service records are retained while needed. Closed tickets and administrative records may be archived for continuity, disputes, security or legal obligations and are deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably needed. OAR and IAR files are not stored by the website and follow the separate rolling server backup process described in the Terms.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, object to certain processing or request another applicable privacy right. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal duties or legal claims. Language and comfort preferences can be changed in the member portal.
Cookies and security
The site uses necessary cookies for login, language, comfort and security. Public forms may use automatic anti-spam controls. We use role checks, nonces, validation, rate limits and server-side permission checks, but no online system can promise absolute security.
RC traffic and feedback information
During the Release Candidate test period the website keeps privacy-friendly aggregated page counts by date, page and country. The traffic statistics do not store an IP address or anonymous visitor identifier. For registered accounts, login history stores the account ID, time and country so management can recognise registered test activity. RC feedback stores the current page, message, time and account ID when the sender is logged in. Aggregated traffic is automatically removed after about one year, registered login history after about 90 days and the RC system log after about 30 days.
